A seven-day listing marketing calendar for solo agents

Plan a practical week of listing marketing using one photo set: launch video, feature posts, open-house updates, review checkpoints, and seller reporting.

In this guide

You do not need a new creative concept every day. One approved set of listing photos can support several useful messages, each with a different purpose. Use this suggested calendar around your listing’s actual go-live date and your broker’s publication rules.

Before launch: prepare the facts and approvals

Confirm the release date, listing status, price, property facts, rights to the photos, and any required disclosures. Save your video formats, a small set of graphics, and approved copy together. Do not publish a coming-soon or pre-market post unless it is allowed for that listing.

A reusable week

DayMessageAsset and review
LaunchIntroduce the listing.A short video, accurate description, and working details link.
2Explain one feature.A photo or square graphic showing the actual feature.
3Help viewers understand a room.An original photo, or clearly disclosed staging alongside its source.
4Answer a real question.A factual post based on an inquiry you received.
5Share the next viewing opportunity. An approved open-house announcement or showing invitation.
6Remind, if still relevant.Recheck dates, availability, and the destination link.
7Review and update.A seller update and a plan based on actual inquiries.

If there is no open house, replace those posts with another useful verified detail. If the property goes under contract, pause queued promotional messages and update the status where appropriate. A template should make it easier to adapt, not create a reason to publish stale information.

Keep one source for changing details

Store price, dates, and listing status in one place you can verify before each post. When a fact changes, inspect graphics and video overlays as well as text captions. Editing the caption does not alter a price already burned into an image.

Use reminders deliberately

A reminder is a prompt for you to review and publish. It is not proof that the social platform received a post. When a scheduling feature is available, verify its time zone and destination; keep a final check for facts that may change between scheduling and publication.

Send a concise seller update

Summarize what was published, where it appeared, and what response you observed. Distinguish views, inquiries, scheduled showings, and completed showings. Include the next action. Avoid attributing an eventual sale to a single video when several marketing and pricing decisions contributed.

Put your photos to work. Create your ReeltyPro studio, save your brand details, and prepare a listing from photos you have permission to use. Check current availability and allowances on the pricing page.
