A beautiful video is useful only when it represents the property. Your photographs anchor the process, every scene goes through checks, and you make the final call before sharing.

Every scene starts with your photo.

AI motion is included in our new video purchases. Choose three to six original photographs; each one becomes a scene in your video.

    Keep the move within the photograph

    We use controlled camera movement with the source image as the visual reference. A request to animate the photo does not authorize a new doorway, a different finish or an imagined room beyond the frame.

    Check the frames and the movement

    We check playback, camera movement and visible property details. Incomplete checks and motion problems hold the take back. A possible photo mismatch is shown with the source so you can inspect the flagged detail; an automated finding can be mistaken.

    Keep the take only when it represents the home

    Compare the source and all three framings. Small texture or lighting differences can be acceptable; changed doors, windows or room layouts are not. If a property detail was flagged, keeping the take requires your confirmation and a note about what you checked. The original finding stays in the review. One replacement per selected photo is included, and you approve the complete reel before download.

Checks reduce risk; they do not prove that a video is error-free. Camera movement can distort a detail, and automated comparisons can miss it. Someone who knows the home should compare the finished video with the originals.

Furniture can change. The room should stay.

Virtual staging is sold separately for empty living-room photos. Mark the area for a compact Modern sofa and low coffee table, then compare the staged image with your original.

Fit the furniture into your photo

We isolate the complete furniture arrangement from an AI edit and place it within your selected area. We may slightly reduce or reposition the whole arrangement, keeping its proportions. The background comes from your original photograph; natural shadows locally darken those pixels. Pixels outside the furniture and shadow area stay unchanged. Compare scale, floor contact, walls, fixtures and furniture edges closely; a natural-looking result can still contain an inaccurate detail.

Inspect before you approve

A staged candidate must pass property and furniture checks before review. Look closely at furniture edges, legs, shadows, scale, doors and windows. Your approval is required before download, and the image retains a virtual-staging label.

Open each size you plan to publish and check these details against the actual listing.
  • Watch every scene from beginning to end. Look for bending lines, drifting fixtures or changing reflections.
  • Compare doors, windows, countertops, permanent finishes and views with the source photographs.
  • Check vertical and square crops for details that are cut off or hidden by text.
  • Verify the address, price, room counts, agent name and contact information.
  • Keep staging disclosures visible and follow your brokerage and local MLS requirements.
