Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, brokerage), the listing photos and property details you upload, the videos and images we generate for you, and—only after you accept optional analytics—coarse product events such as the page category and feature stage used. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

To generate your videos, staged photos, and marketing kits; to operate your subscription; and to email you about your account and generations (from hello@reeltypro.com). We use AI providers (Replicate) to process the photos you submit, solely to produce your output. We do not sell your data.

Uploads and generated media are stored with our hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel). Generated videos stay available in your library while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@reeltypro.com.

Video preview links are shareable by design — anyone with a link can view that video. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Replicate, Resend, PostHog analytics) and when required by law.

PostHog analytics stays off until you choose Accept analytics, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off. Funnel events use coarse page categories and fixed status fields; we do not send uploaded photos, property addresses, email addresses, query-string values, preview identifiers, or raw referrer URLs to PostHog. You may decline without affecting authentication or the free teaser.
