Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, brokerage), any contact details you add to your branding, the listing photos and property details you upload, and the videos and images we generate for you. If you accept optional browser analytics, we also collect coarse product events such as the page category and feature stage used. Separately, our servers keep a small operational record of signup, free-teaser terminal outcomes, and confirmed purchases. Analytics subjects use keyed opaque identifiers, while high-entropy event and checkout identifiers use one-way digests. The internal teaser recovery table retains its job UUID so it can read the authoritative renderer row; that UUID is not sent to analytics. For a no-account free teaser, we also keep the verified recipient email on the renderer job so the worker can deliver that specific result. Verification and admission tables keep keyed email and IP identifiers plus one-way code, proof, and browser-request digests rather than the raw values. For account videos, we retain your photo-rights confirmation with your account, email, selected photo references, and an IP-derived hash. We also process request identifiers, service statuses, usage records, and error diagnostics to operate the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

To generate the media you request, operate your subscription, and email you about your account and completed generations (from hello@reeltypro.com). We use AI providers (Replicate) to process the photos you submit to produce your requested output and check it against its source. If you choose a post reminder, we send it to your verified account email. We do not sell your data.

Supabase provides authentication and retains historical account media. Neon stores listing, generation-job, billing-entitlement, and operational records. New listing source photos and generated video files use private Cloudflare R2 storage. Authenticated brand assets such as a logo or headshot, private staging files, and marketing graphics are also stored with Cloudflare R2. Staging files expire after 30 days; each room shows its download deadline. Marketing files are stored for access and download without a guaranteed retention term. Direct marketing asset URLs are accessible to anyone with the URL and may be cached. Retain your own downloaded archive. Vercel hosts the application, and the production render worker runs on Railway. During rendering, Railway and the rendering providers may hold bounded temporary input, provider-result, retry, and delivery artifacts. Those processing artifacts are retained only while an authoritative completion and durable media handoff are still being reconciled; afterward they enter a leased deletion workflow with retry and quarantine visibility rather than being treated as permanent account media. For the no-account free form, an upload that never queues expires after 45 minutes. A queued source-photo batch is protected while rendering or recovery remains possible; after the authoritative renderer records completion, error, or cancellation, we keep those source photos for a seven-day recovery grace period and then schedule deletion with bounded retries. The generated free preview is separate: it remains available at its shareable preview link until you ask us to delete it. Generated videos in an account stay available in its library while the account is active. You can request deletion of a free preview, your account, or other data at any time by emailing hello@reeltypro.com.

Video preview links are shareable by design — anyone with a link can view that video. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product (Stripe, Supabase, Neon, Cloudflare, Vercel, Railway, Replicate, Resend, and PostHog for the analytics and operational events described below) and when required by law.

The iOS companion uses the same ReeltyPro account and processing services. It prepares only the photos you select, with unfinished drafts stored on your phone. Before uploading, it asks you to confirm your rights to the photos and permit processing. Selecting AI depth motion also sends those photos to Replicate to estimate depth. The native app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs or accept card details. Website pages opened from the app follow the browser analytics choices below.

Browser analytics stays off until you choose Accept analytics, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off. You may decline without affecting authentication or the free teaser. That choice does not remove server-side operational counters needed to reconcile whether a signup completed, a queued teaser reached a truthful terminal outcome, or a settled Stripe payment produced its exact entitlement. Those counters use fixed status fields, an amount and plan for a confirmed purchase, and opaque identifiers and one-way digests. Neither path sends uploaded photos, property addresses, email addresses, query-string values, raw job/user/checkout identifiers, or raw referrer URLs to PostHog.
