Terms of Service

ReeltyPro creates listing videos, virtually staged photos, and marketing images from photos you provide. New listing videos use 3–6 photos. Available modes include AI depth motion, Standard photo effects and selected AI-generated highlights. Selected highlights combine one or two generated shots with your remaining photographs; their source comparisons and the complete reel require your review before download. Video and staging processing use third-party AI models. Virtual staging is sold separately and currently adds a compact Modern sofa and low coffee table to empty living-room photos. Existing purchases retain their original video modes; saved one-chair staging requests keep their original format. Staging requires you to select the placement area on your photo; the staging edit preserves the original pixels outside that area. Each staged result must pass an automated check and your before-and-after approval before download. Changes within the selected area can still be inaccurate. Automated property checks can miss changes, so you must compare results with the real property before publishing. Social files are prepared for you to download and post. Optional reminders email your account; they do not publish to a social network.

You retain your rights in your uploaded content and must have permission for AI processing, editing, and commercial marketing. You may use your downloaded output commercially to the extent allowed by applicable law and the rights in the original material. AI output may not be exclusive or copyrightable. Virtually staged photos depict changes that are not present in the property. Retain their disclosure and follow your broker, MLS, platform, and local requirements.

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel or update your payment method from Account, then Manage billing; contact us for a plan change. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan allowances are granted monthly, including with annual billing. Unused subscription allowances roll over for up to 12 months; each grant's expiry is shown in Billing. One-time package credits do not expire. Cancellation does not erase already funded, unexpired allowances; refunds, disputes, and payment reversals can reduce the credits they funded. New plans and one-time packages show their exact allowances before checkout. Existing customers retain their legacy pricing and entitlements.

A new listing video uses one video allowance, including the motion mode shown at creation. Selected AI highlights must complete playback and motion checks. When an automated property check flags a possible mismatch, keeping that take requires an explicit source comparison, confirmation that permanent property features match, and a saved review note. The original automated finding remains recorded. This owner review does not certify accuracy. An incomplete check or technical failure cannot be waived. Canceling an undelivered selected-highlight reel restores its video allowance. For AI depth mode, every selected scene must pass; if the complete video cannot be delivered, it is withheld and the video allowance returns to your account. Generated highlights are not silently replaced with photo effects. Legacy purchases retain their original credit rules: a video uses one video credit, an AI-motion video also reserves one AI upgrade, and the AI upgrade is restored if no generated AI shot passes and the video uses only source-photo motion. A staging generation uses one staging credit, and each marketing graphic uses one graphic credit. Confirmed failed generations and rejected staging restore their corresponding credit. An interrupted request remains pending until its result is reconciled. Purchased staging and AI allowances permit an initial attempt and one retry per funded unit; credit restoration does not reset those attempt limits. Other daily and storage limits may temporarily pause new requests. Credit restoration is not a cash refund. Contact us about a payment or service issue.

Download finished work for your own archive. Staging files are retained for 30 days and show their expiry in the studio. Marketing graphics are stored for access and download without a guaranteed retention term. Share links and direct marketing asset URLs make the linked content accessible to anyone who has the link; copies may remain in browser or delivery caches. An available share-page access restriction does not protect a separately shared direct asset URL.

Don't abuse the service (automated scraping, resale of raw generation capacity, uploading unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
