Terms of Service

ReeltyPro generates AI listing videos, virtually staged photos, and marketing images from photos you provide. Generation runs on third-party AI models; output quality can vary and generations occasionally fail — failed generations don't count against your plan.

You must have the right to use the photos you upload. You own the videos and images generated from your content and may use them commercially. AI-staged photos depict furniture that does not exist — you are responsible for disclosing virtual staging where your MLS or local rules require it.

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel or change plans anytime from Account, then Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly generation limits reset each month and unused generations don't roll over.

Don't abuse the service (automated scraping, resale of raw generation capacity, uploading unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
