One credit is one property, fully produced. It covers the listing video in 3 files — one for each of 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 — plus 6 virtual staging generations, 3 marketing graphics, burned-in captions from the details you type, and a hosted share page.

A subscription's monthly allowance rolls over for 12 months. Credit packs never expire at all — that one is enforced by a database constraint rather than by policy, so it cannot be quietly changed.

Is there overage billing?

No. There is no overage and no surprise invoice. When credits run out you are offered a pack; nothing renders until you buy one.

What is free, and what costs a credit?

Previews, prompt edits, music swaps, re-crops, re-downloads and any regeneration our own quality check triggers are free and never consume a credit. Anything that spends a new render does.

When our grounding check says a generated segment doesn't match your photo, you get a camera move over the real photo instead. When the check can't be reached at all, the segment ships labelled “not confirmed” rather than as one that passed. Your summary tells you which segments are which.
