How to make a real estate video from listing photos

Turn existing listing photos into a reviewable video: choose images, order the tour, select formats, check property details, and prepare your first post.

In this guide

You can make a useful listing video without another shoot. Start with the photos that explain the property best, arrange them into a short visual tour, and review the result against the actual home. The edit should make the listing easier to understand.

Gather a small, accurate source set

Keep the original files in one folder. Use photos of the same listing, taken recently enough to represent its current condition. Confirm that your photography agreement permits video creation, any intended AI processing, and the places you plan to publish. A downloaded portal thumbnail is a poor substitute for a licensed original.

Choose four to six strong photos for your first ReeltyPro video. Include an establishing exterior, an inviting main room, the kitchen, and one or two useful differentiators. An accessible entrance, covered patio, or actual work space may tell a stronger story than a second nearly identical living-room angle.

Arrange a tour a buyer can follow

Put your clearest image first. Follow it with related spaces, then finish with a feature worth remembering. The sequence does not need to imitate a floor plan. It must avoid implying connections between rooms that the photographs do not establish. See the photo selection checklist for an order you can adapt.

Choose how the photos move

ReeltyPro’s default source-photo mode assembles motion and transitions from your uploaded images. It does not generate new rooms or fixtures. Optional AI motion creates new frames and needs extra scrutiny; unsuccessful or unavailable automated checks result in a source-photo fallback. Read how the two modes differ before choosing.

Review before downloading

Watch every format at full size. Compare windows, doors, fixtures, finishes, and views to the originals. Check that an important feature has not disappeared at a frame edge. Verify all listing facts and disclosures separately. A video that looks polished can still contain an outdated price or a photograph of a feature the seller removed.

Publish one clear next step

Save the vertical version for your short-form social workflow, the square version for a feed placement, and landscape for a listing page where accepted. Pair the video with a factual caption and one action, such as viewing listing details or contacting you for a tour. Keep the final file and the approved caption together so the wrong version does not go live later.

Put your photos to work. Create your ReeltyPro studio, save your brand details, and prepare a listing from photos you have permission to use. Check current availability and allowances on the pricing page.
