What an AI listing video costs

Three vendors, three pricing shapes, one question: what does one finished listing video cost? Every figure is quoted from the vendor's own published pricing page on the date shown. What none of these pages tell you — including ours until you scroll to the bottom — is how much of the finished video is generated motion and how much is a camera move over your photo. That question has its own section.

The published prices

Competitor figures are quoted from their own pricing pages. Where a page does not say, the cell says so.

Questions this table raises

Why does ReeltyPro charge per listing instead of per image?
Because a listing is the unit of work an agent actually has. One credit covers the video in 3 files, 6 staging generations, 3 marketing graphics, burned-in captions and a share page for one address — so the number on the invoice matches the number of houses you marketed.
How much of the video is actually AI-generated motion?
Roughly one segment of a 6-segment video, at the operating point our grounding check currently runs. The rest are slow camera moves over your own photographs, which is what a segment falls back to when our check rejects the generated version. Your video summary labels each segment. There is a full explanation at /guides/ai-motion-vs-camera-move.
Why is there no column for how good each vendor's motion is?
Because we have not tested theirs. Scoring a competitor's output from their own marketing samples would be worthless, and scoring it from a handful of our own renders would be worse — we published a confidence interval on our own measurements and it is wide. A price table we can source is more useful than a quality table we cannot.
Do credits expire?
Credit packs never expire — it is enforced in the database, not by policy. A subscription's monthly allowance rolls over for 12 months.

Our own figures come from the same catalogue Stripe is synced from — see the pricing page. Theirs come from the sources below.
